How does the free home measure visit work?+

Choose a date and time that suits you on our online booking system. Our estimator will arrive at the agreed time with a wide selection of samples, measure your rooms, and give you a no-obligation quote on the day. There's no charge and no pressure.

What's included in the Full House Deal from £799?+

Our entry-level Full House Deal covers carpets and vinyl across a typical 2-3 bedroom home — including all grippers, door bars, underlays where applicable, door cutting and disposal of your existing flooring. Final pricing is confirmed at your free home measure based on room sizes and your specific choices.

Do you cover commercial flooring as well as homes?+

Yes — we have a dedicated commercial flooring service covering offices, retail, healthcare, hospitality, schools and more across the North West. We supply welded safety flooring, heavy-duty carpet tiles, contract-grade LVT and vinyl, and can work to your schedule including out of hours.

Which areas of the North West do you cover?+

We're based in Manchester city centre and cover the whole of the North West of England — including Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside and surrounding areas. If you're nearby, give us a call on 0161 241 2031 to confirm.

Do you take care of disposing my old carpet or flooring?+

Yes — disposal of your old flooring is included as standard with our installations. Our fitters will lift the old floor, take it away, and leave your home clean and ready to enjoy your new flooring.

Do you offer finance options?+

Yes, we work with a third-party finance provider so you can spread the cost of your flooring. Our estimator can run through the options with you during your free home measure visit.

Can you send samples to me without a home visit?+

Absolutely. If you'd rather not book a home visit straight away, we can post samples directly to your door. Just get in touch via the contact form, by phone or email and let us know which ranges you're interested in.
